Genetics can be no fun

I write this on a day of fasting so who knows how this is going to turn or if it will even be coherent. Since the last writing there has been a bit of an update. The biggest is that at the age of 33, genetics has caught up. No matter how well I have ate, no matter what exercises I have done, it just wasn’t enough. The doctor gave me 3 months to change things without medication. Unfortunately, I couldn’t do enough. The worst thing, actually the most disappointing thing is that instead of going down, it went up. It is a number that isn’t supposed to go up. What I am referring to is my cholesterol.
The most frustrating thing is that instead of going down because of eating the right food and doing some exercise, it actually went up. It made no sense to me. It still makes no sense to me. It completely frustrates me.
One good thing is the antibiotics I took worked and my infection seems to be finally gone and done with.
